Dr. Jennifer Moscoso Conde is a Board-Certified Dermatologist and founder of Conde Dermatology in Lithia, FL — built on comprehensive, ethical, and compassionate care. Clear Cut Derm extends that same standard to patients across all of Florida via telehealth.
Dr. Conde completed her dermatology residency at Broward Health Medical Center with Nova Southeastern University affiliation, where she served as Chief Resident and received the Resident of the Year award. She holds a D.O. from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine — Georgia Campus, and a B.S. in Health Education from the University of Florida, graduating with honors.

Dr. Conde evaluates a broad range of medical, pediatric, and cosmetic skin conditions. Pediatric patients welcome with parental consent.
In-person referral may be needed for: suspicious lesions requiring biopsy, in-office surgical procedures, laser or cosmetic treatments, and conditions requiring dermoscopy.

Who actually reviews my visit?
Every visit — async photo review or live video — is personally evaluated by Dr. Jennifer Conde, D.O. This is non-negotiable and central to this practice's model.
Do you accept insurance or provide superbills?
No. This is a 100% cash-pay practice. We do not bill any insurance carrier — including Medicare or Medicaid — and do not provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. All fees are flat, per-visit, and disclosed before you book. HSA and FSA cards accepted.
What is "Live Urgent" — is it an emergency?
Live Urgent provides priority scheduling within 3 hours for non-emergency concerns — acute skin infections, severe flares, rapidly changing rashes. It does not replace emergency care. For life-threatening conditions, call 911.
Can children be seen?
Yes. Dr. Conde sees pediatric patients for appropriate skin conditions including acne, eczema, warts, molluscum, and rashes. A parent or legal guardian must be present and consent at intake.
What if I need a biopsy or in-person procedure?
Dr. Conde will tell you clearly if in-person evaluation is needed and coordinate a referral — including to her in-person practice where applicable. You'll always have a clear next step.
